I made this weeks ago when you first posted the recipe. I couldn’t believe it would actually taste like mint ice cream (one of my faves!) but it did! So delish. Creamy, minty, little hints of chocolate. This has become a regular! Thank you!

I made this smoothie today and it was OUTRAGEOUSLY delicious!! Mint chocolate chip was always my favorite ice cream growing up and this gives you all the same flavors, but it is actually good for you! It will definitely join my regular smoothie rotation. Thank you for such a great recipe!

Hi! I just made your mint chocolate chip smoothie and I just had to comment. I’m not even a fan of mint choc chip but it looked so interesting I had to try it. I’ve been vegan almost 16 years and let me tell you O M G! I could not believe my tastebuds! How can something so easy and healthy taste this good. Idk how many servings it was supposed to be but I licked the glass clean! Your recipes truly are unique. Each one is better than the last. So thank you!!

Hi Brandi, as soon as this recipe landed in my email, I had to try it out. It didn’t hurt that I also had some expiring spinach and avocado to use up. I also grow mint in the backyard so I had plenty of that to use. I did not have any frozen plant based milk so I just used 1 1/2 cups from the refrigerator. It was delicious! The addition of the choc chips at the end sealed the deal on the mint chocolate chip. I don’t use Instagram, but enjoy receiving your correspondence in my email. Thank you very much.
