Almond Butter Ginger Dressing
This vegan and oil-free Almond Butter Ginger Dressing is so delicious, creamy and rich and is made with healthy plant-based ingredients. It takes only 5 minutes to put together and is delicious over salads or anything you want to use it for.
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons (96g) roasted creamy almond butter
- 3 tablespoons (45g) fresh lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons (26g) pure maple syrup
- 5-6 tablespoons water, depending on how thick you want it. I use 6 so that it's very pourable
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, to desired taste (this will vary depending on if your almond butter is salted)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk all of the ingredients together until completely smooth. Taste and add any more salt if needed.

Wow Brandi!! This almond butter dressing sounds amazing! I can’t wait to try it!! Thank you so much!!
Thank you so much Michele, I can’t wait to hear after you try it!
I made this tonight – and it’s awesome! It’s simple, quick and easy , and the flavor and texture are perfect!!! Loved it and will definitely be making this again ! I used it to drizzle over sautéed chopped cabbage, squash, beans, broccoli and marinated tofu.
So tasty 😋. Thanks for sharing you incredible recipes ♥️♥️
Yay, that is wonderful Patty! So glad you loved it!! I love what you drizzled it over, too, yummy!
Hi Brandi, well, ur at it again. This dressing is by far the best WFPB dressing I’ve made. Several dressings I’ve made have the flavor profile of Dijon or Nutritional Yeast which is ok but can be tiresome, while this is quite different and full of sweet flavor. 😋
Thanks again for ur hard work in helping me eat more salads. 🌱
Great recipe! Use it for many things.
This was so flavorful and delicious! And easy! Thank you so much, Brandi 😀 !!!
Yay, thank you Tanya!
Another winning recipe Brandi and thank you! I absolutely LOVE almond butter and this dressing is soooo tasty! My salad was delicious and I’m already awaiting my next meal…😋👏
Love it 😍 yummy
This is terrific! Should I refrigerate the remainder?
Awesome! Yes!
Delicious! I omitted the maple syrup and used dates instead to make Whoke30 compliant. Quick to make and has a great flavor! Will definitely make again.
Excellent… not over powering like a peanut sauce. Perfect balance, I used a little less black pepper and less salt. Thank you for sharing.
