Instructions
I thaw the fruit for about 20-30 minutes (start the thawing during my workout) or so to make it soft before blending so that I don’t need to add too much water-otherwise it dilutes the flavor. It turns out really sweet this way. Only add as much water as you need to blend. I drink these daily.
